What if there is too much dark?

This issue of SAND is a fire with a slow burn.

Somewhere between darkness and a dream is a nebulous place where writing happens. When we take the darkness and shape it with the written word, its hold is broken; our fear, when named, no longer quite so scary. The light we find in the world is the light we create with words; language is what we do with all the darkness.
