“Shifting”

Creatures lurk in this issue’s poetry, prose and art. They inhabit the liminal, the both-at-once and the neither-nor. SAND 26 seems content to linger in the in-between, unable to pick a reality, or unwilling to face what the new reality might be. Take the title, “shifting”, not as a conclusion, but as an entry point. SAND 26: what shape will it take for you?
